Real Estate Broker received requests for examination

The Department of Professional Regulation sent our client several requests for examination of her real estate activities and completion of a brokerage verification report, and received no response. As a result, a formal complaint was filed against her.

In this matter, after lengthy negotiations, we were able to secure a non-disciplinary order that was not reportable.
