• Pharmacist charged with two separate charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

In this matter our client was charged on October 30, 2010 and on October 27, 2012 for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, failure to take a breath test and other ancillary traffic tickets. Out client was found not guilty after the jury trial on the first charge. After meeting with the client we advised him to report the charges immediately and enter a "Return to Work" with his Pharmacy, a Presence health Program and a Caduceus Program. We then prepared our client for an informal meeting with the Pharmacy Board and after lenghty settlement negotiations were able to secure a core, counseling, and Treatment Agreement that is non-reportable.
