Recen Real Estate Case Result

Real Estate managing broker accused of dual agency.  A twenty-seven (27) count formal complain was filed against my client who is a managing broker of a well established agency in the quad cities. The allegations included that she and other brokers failed to disclose that the agency was dealing in dual agency contracts. The complain alleged that the agency entered into contracts for certain properties and failed to disclose license status and ownership interest in writing when purchasing. I was able to help the managing broker and the agency receive a non-disciplinary order prior to the formal hearing.
