On his application for licensure, a registered nurse disclosed a 2011 conviction for driving under the influence and a 2013 conviction for driving under the influence. We argued that his convictions did not relate to his profession and there was nothing to demonstrate that he was unable to practice his profession. The IDFPR closed their file with no disciplinary action taken.
