Registered Nurse was accused of practicing without a license and for having a previous DUI/possession of cannabis

In this matter our client was allegedly practicing without a license because she allegedly failed to respond to a previous disciplinary notice from the IDFPR. After her alleged failure to respond her license was temporarily suspended and she was found to be practicing during the temporary suspension. In addition, it was called to her attention by the IDFPR that she allegedly failed to disclose a previous DUI/Possession of Cannabis Plea. We appeared in front of the nursing board and with our preparation our clients charges at the IDFPR were closed.
