Registered Nurse was accused in an IDPH complaint survey in Geneva, Illinois of unprofessional conduct, rude behavior and yelling at residents.

In this matter our client was accused by an IDPH survey of unprofessional conduct and rude behavior with three (3) separate patients. At her Disciplinary Conference with the nursing Board were able to establish with evidence that the allegations were false and that her tone of voice may have been firm and difficult to understand based on her national origin. The case was closed.
