Registered Nurse filed a petition for restoration after being on probation for several years for alleged divulsion of injectable narcotics from her hospital and atfer violating her probation.
In this matter we were able to establish, by means of evaluation and drug screens, that our client had been clean for several years and that her alleged violation of probation was a result of an administrative mistake made by IFDPR probation compliance. We had an informal conference with the nursing board and our client was taken off probation with no restrictions.
