In this matter our client received a notice of informal conferencing alledging that she fell asleep on several occaisions while caring for a 2-year-old trach patient. We were able to establish that the shifts in question were not our clients shifts and were able to provide further evidence in the medical progress notes the patient that the allegations were false. The case was closed.
