Registered Nurse allegedly failed to follow the policy and procedure of her facility by failing to report abuse of a resident; allegedly falsified records regarding possible abuse of a resident and failed to report the termination.
In this case, our client was accused of failing to report abuse of a resident and falsifying records regarding the abuse. In our preparation prior to meeting the nursing board, we were able to obtain all of the medical records and mitigate the facts regarding our clients involvement. The matter was closed.
