In this matter our client received a notice of disciplinary conference from IDFPR that alleged she “admittedly charted false treatments and false accu-check monitor results that were not performed.” At her disciplinary conference we were able to establish that she used the patients own accu-check monitor and that the department was incorrect concerning charting false treatments based on our records. The matter was closed with no discipline.
