Registered Nurse accused of Drug Diversion from University of Illinois Hospital

In this matter our client was accused of drug diversion and refusal to take a urine screen. In this case the patient’s family who made the complaint did not speak English and we were able to establish that there was poor communication. We prepared our client for a board meeting and the case is closed.
