Registered nurse accused of diverting controlled substances from Christ Advocate Medical Center and having discrepancies in mediation administration/charting

In this case our client was given a notice of Disciplinary Conference for being on the narcotic transaction report at her facility over the standard deviation, failing to chart/waste and for being responsible for a dilaudid PCA being missing. At the conference we were able to establish that the missing dilaudid was not her responsibility and that there were no charting errors. This case was closed.
