Pharmacist was accused of failing to notify the IDFPR of a Pharmacy-In-Charge change and failing to conduct a final inventory upon exiting as PIC.

In this matter our client received a Notice of Disciplinary Conference regarding his alleged failure to notify the IDFPR of his PIC change and for his lack of PIC exit inventory. We were able to establish with the pharmacy Board through extensive evidence that an inventory was indeed taken on the morning of our client’s parting as the PIC and that a PIC notification was submitted to the IDFPR but that the Pharmacy owner refused to allow our client to sign it. The case was closed.
