Petition to Restore

In this case, our client’s managing broker’s license was suspended for failing to remit earnest money, and operating an entity that was not registered with the Department. In this case, a Petition to Restore was filed and a disciplinary conference was had with the Real Estate Board. Our firm did research into phone records, bank records, domestic relations pleadings and obtained affidavits and convinced the Board to allow his reinstatement.
