In this case our client was put on a two (2) year indefinite probation for narcotic diversion and for pleading guilty to a felony charge of forgery in that she allegedly stole a prescription pad. After one (1) year our firm filed a petition to modify some of the restrictions of her probation and in doing so we were able to lift enough restrictions to allow her to gain employment.
