In this matter our client came to us with a previous probation for pleading guilty to three (3) separate DUI charges. As a result of her probation she was not able to work registry, traveling, float pool or in a supervised setting, no night shifts, no 3 12-hour shifts on consecutive days, no access to narcotics including dispensing and no supervisory position for a period of one year. Our firm filed a Petition to Restore and got her license off of probationary status with no restriction.
