PERC Applicant was given notice of intent to deny his application due to criminal charges.

In this matter our client was arrested for disorderly conduct/breach of the peace for allegedly sending multiple texts to a minor friend of one of his children. After meeting the board and presenting mitigating circumstances we were able to get our client’s license with no restrictions.
