Massage applicant charged and convicted of battery and possession of cannabis, with driving on a suspended license, and violating a county escort ordinance

In this matter, the massage therapy application was charged with a battery/cause bodily harm in August of 2001 and sentenced to a one year supervision.In Spetember of 2005, the applicant was also charged with possession of cannabis and was sentenced to a one year supervision. In December of 2006, she was charged with driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to six months supervision. Further, in August of 2011, she was charged with violating a county escort ordinance. As a result of our representation, the applicant was able to get a non-disciplinary order.
