Licensed Practical Nurse had three (3) convictions in her effort to obtain a license.

In this matter, our client was called in front of the nursing board prior to the approval of her LPN application for the three (3) convictions in 2015: unlawful use of a weapon, carry/possession of a firearm, and domestic battery. Despite all three (3) of these criminal cases being with one (1) year of our meeting with the nursing board, our preparation allowed our client to obtain her license with no restrictions.
