In this case, our client allegedly met with his clients outside his office against the wishes of their parents and allegedly made a donation to one of their school’s tuition.
Furthermore, our client was accused of making false statements by one of his clients parents, adversely affecting his custody case. In our preparation prior to our informal hearing with the board, we were able to mitigate the circumstances enough to close this matter.
