In this matter our client received a previous suspension for a “misleading” appraisal and as a result had to turn in logs of his appraisals on a quarterly basis to the board for review. After an audit of his logs, the board had alleged that three of his appraisals were “misleading.” After preparing our client for the conference we were able close the case with no discipline.
Appraiser was given a notice of disciplinary conference after a previous discipline resulted in an audit that found three alleged “misleading” appraisals.
