In this matter, or client received a formal complaint by the Department that alleged errors in reporting the subjects (PIN), failure to report subject’s property taxes, failure to properly define the neighborhood, failed to accurately report the zoning, failed to address commercial uses, failed to report the deeded parking space and other alleged issues. Using our appraisal experience we were able to prepare our client for meeting with the Board and resolve his formal complaint without a discipline.
