Allegations of unprofessional conduct, willfully making or filing false records or reports, making a material misstatement in furnishing information

In this case, our firm represented two (2) clinical psychologists from a Chicagoland school of forensic psychology who were accused of mismanaging a client’s custody matter in Domestic Relations court. They were given notice of a disciplinary conference by the IDFPR and after our representation we were able to close the matter without needing a hearing at the disciplinary conference.
